A 1 hour call to help find a balance between the juggling that we all do in life to find a proper understanding of self-care. You will learn and explore different self-care rituals like meditation, yoga, somatic movement, and more. Through my background in integrative healing through Reiki and Somatic Healing, this is an opportunity to learn more into what it means to build the mind-body connection.
